Minor variations in appearance may occur due to the handcrafted nature of each piece. 2.2 Shipping & Delivery: Orders are dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout via Stripe. Delivery times and shipping fees vary depending on the destination.

Returns & Final Sale Policy: For hygiene reasons, sealed jewelry items cannot be returned once the protective seal is broken. Standard unsealed items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom-made items are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact maks.team.business@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so I can resolve the issue.
